  • There will be no Lenten Stations this Friday at 7PM.
  • This Wednesday there will be a High Mass in honor of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
  • On Friday, March 27th, there will be a Rosary Procession after Mass.
  • Fr. Fliess will be at Our Lady of the Sun Church from March 27th to April 5th.  In case of an emergency, call (352) 678-2640.
  • His Excellency, Bishop Donald Sanborn, will visit Our Lady of the Sun Church on April 19th to administer the sacrament of Confirmation.  There will be a potluck after Mass in his honor.
  • If you have not been confirmed or were confirmed in the Novus Ordo Church, please sign the confirmation sheet located in the vestibule.  Those who wish to be confirmed will need to have their baptismal certificates.  If you have any questions or doubts please contact Fr. Palma at:(352) 238-3983.  Confirmation classes will be held after Mass on: March 29th, April 5th, April 11th, and April 12th.
  • Please be sure to pick up a Holy Week schedule in the vestibule and make every effort to attend the beautiful ceremonies.
  • On Maundy Thursday the Blessed Sacrament will be brought in procession to the altar of repose in the convent chapel, where it will be reserved until the morning of Good Friday.  It is customary to keep a vigil of adoration before the Blessed Sacrament during this time.  Please sign up for an hour’s watch before the altar of repose.  The sign-up sheet can be found in the vestibule.
