ANNOUNCEMENTS:

*Holy Day of Obligation: This Monday December 25, is the Nativity of Our Lord Jesus Christ and Mass attendance is obligatory.

*Confession Schedule for Christmas:

Midnight Mass, (Confessions 11:15-11:45 p.m.)

9:00 a.m. Morning Mass (Confessions 8:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.) *Christmas Program delayed till January 7: Due to sickness, the Christmas program has been delayed. The students of Our Lady of the Sun Academy will be putting on an Epiphany Program on January 7, in the Church Hall, after the Sunday Mass. Please come enjoy some doughnuts and coffee and watch the children present “Amahl and the Night Visitors (a story of the three Kings on their way to Bethlehem) and listen to some Christmas carols.

*Prayers Requested: Please pray for the sick in the parish especially, Lucy Muscarnera, Jessie Gaines, Holly Hightower, Max and Karen Hartman, and Carl Lukkes.

*Christmas Novena: In preparation for Christmas we will be praying the Advent devotions and Christmas Novena after Mass.

*Calendars: There are Calendars for the year, 2018, for sale in the Book Store. A Catholic Calendar is helpful to have in the house in order to be reminded on which days are the Holy days of obligation, when one is to fast and abstain etc.

*Confession after Mass: Father will be hearing Confessions every Sunday after Mass during Advent.
